The Coffee House

With candle light, a stage set against a brick wall and a special homey, small-town vibe, Groovin' in New Fairfield has created the ideal ambience for the music lovers in its bedroom community. Four years into its existence, the Coffee House is already attracting quality talent at an impressive rate. Touring professionals are already booked a year and a half out.

Operating with a non-profit intention, the Coffee House is able to charge a nominal $5 per person cover charge, simply to cover the cost of hiring professional musicians. With an all-volunteer staff and food donated for a portion of the proceeds, the Coffee House directs most of its money directly to superb talent.
